Interests
Knife collecting has been a long time hobby, I started out with Vintage knives but more recently have gravitated to vintage custom knives with scrimshaw and engraving.
I still pick up vintage antique folders from time to time.
Other Hobbies
I also love to fish for Bass & Northern Pike out of a Kayak. I currently have two Kayaks for different situations. My favorite fishing destination is the state of Maine.
Great site Moe, Thanks for bringing it to the attention of NCCA members.

i've never owned one, but i can say from having partially serrated knives, that it wouldn't be for me. i don't cut people out of seat belts, or cut a lot of rope in my day to day. i DO like serrations for stripping wires, however. except for the fac…
They are rare to find...but women can carry knives just as well as men can! There are plenty of knives that are perfect for women too! Let the world know which knives you prefer (ladies) or recommend (gents!)
This is a group for people who are interested and passionate about tactical knives. If you have a general interest or questions about tactical knives feel free to join.
This group is to discuss the attributes of Bram Franks knife designs as they relate to his training methodology called Modular. Unique concepts such as kinetic opening, indexing points, and the puzzle lock, all contribute to the training.
"The Porch" may be one of the best parts of the whole outing and it sure sounds good to me.

Thanks for your input! I view this knife much like the Spyderco Civilian. If I use it with success (God forbid) it will break, likely at the tip. This knife has no "utility" value.
Unfortunately, police model starts out with a thin blade, which over the years have gained a reputation for snapping at the tips. The G10 model is a better handle than the plastic one, or the more popular, stainless steel. The blade on all are the s…
